1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Echo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the service. Echo AI provides an AI-powered educational study assistant, including lecture transcription, document analysis, flashcards, and practice quizzes.
2. AI Output & Academic Disclaimer
Echo AI utilizes artificial intelligence models to generate study notes, summaries, diagrams, and answers. While we strive for accuracy, AI models may occasionally generate incorrect or incomplete information. Echo AI is intended as a supplemental study aid and does not guarantee academic grades or replace professional instruction.
3. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Echo AI in compliance with your academic institution's honor code. You may not use the service to commit academic dishonesty during live examinations. You must own or have permission to upload course materials, lecture audio, and textbooks.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer recurring monthly subscriptions ($10/month) and fixed-duration plans ($40 for 5 months). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled via your Account Settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to reverse-engineer the API, or circumvent quota limits.
