1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Settings → Manage Subscription portal. Once cancelled, your Pro entitlements and quota limits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier with no further charges.
2. Refund Policy
Because Echo AI incurs immediate third-party computational and AI transcription costs upon usage, payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and features have been consumed.
However, if you experienced technical disruptions or billing errors, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction for a review and potential pro-rated refund.
3. Plan Transitions
If you upgrade between the Monthly plan and the Semester Pass, Stripe will automatically prorate any unused time on your previous billing cycle.
