1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email address and profile information provided via Supabase Authentication.
- Study Content: Uploaded documents (PDFs, slides), lecture audio recordings, transcripts, and generated study decks.
- Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly on our servers.
2. AI Processing & Third-Party Sub-processors
To deliver study features, your text and audio inputs are processed by our specialized infrastructure partners:
- LLM Inference: OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq. (API terms prohibit using your data to train public foundation models).
- Search & Retrieval: Tavily (for real-time academic search citations).
- Storage & Hosting: Cloudflare R2 (encrypted file storage) and Supabase/PostgreSQL.
- Payment Processing: Stripe.
3. Audio & Document Retention
Users can enable automatic deletion of raw audio files after transcription to preserve privacy and reduce storage usage. You retain full ownership of all documents and notes you upload or generate.
4. Your Rights (Data Erasure)
You have the right to export your study materials or permanently delete your account and all associated documents, vectors, and audio recordings from your Account Settings at any time.
